Whole Foods Market – Oates Commercial Properties has represented Whole Foods in the acquisition of sites in TN, AR & MS since 2003. We have completed 5 deals and have several more in the pipeline.
Ridgeway Trace S/C, Memphis, TN – We represented the sellers and brokered the sale of the 26 acre site the 318,000 sf shopping center sits on today.
Highland Village S/C, Jackson, MS – We represented the buyers and brokered the sale of the property to a new entity partnership between the previous owners and their new managing partners, and represented Whole Foods in their lease in the shopping center.
Tenant Representation – We helped Starbucks find space and negotiate leases for almost 70 stores in West Tennessee, North Mississippi and Arkansas, Dryve Cleaners – 14 stores, Sprint – 6 stores, other nationals combined – 84 stores.
